Atos Worldline is a European business characterised by the extremely high level of skill of its staff.
We're not a business like any other; we meet the paradoxical challenge of being specialists working on an industrial scale. That is why our HR policy is a crucial element in our strategy. One of its key features is the mutual loyalty of the company and its employees.
Atos Worldline attaches paramount importance to the quality of its labour relations and our employees share a sense of belonging and pride in collectively achieving work of high quality. One objective of the HR policy is to offer our employees a variety of career paths so they can build a long-term perspective and apply their skills in a wide range of situations. This logic of staff development and their know-how is illustrated by a recruitment policy which focuses on young graduates and close-knit relationships with universities and colleges. It is complemented by a rigorous selection process and criteria of a very high level.
Organising the training of our employees is a priority for the Human Resources Division, with various e-learning schemes. A special effort is focused on learning foreign languages including English, which is the language of business for all our employees. The Atos Worldline Human Resources Division is an operational partner in our business, and is directly involved in the identification and matching of talents with the needs of the business. This commitment is reflected in practice through our in-depth knowledge of our customers and their business lines, and day-to-day relationships based on listening and sharing with management.
2009 was marked by the start of the deployment of 'High-Tech Transactional Services' challenges by Atos Worldline across the Atos Group, and by the establishment of a high-level international team in charge of deployment in the field of the associated HTTS policy.
"IT'TUDE"
Information technologies are characterised by a logic of continuous innovation and constantly changing hardware and software baselines (benchmarks ?). Over and above their technical skill, the strength of the employees of Atos Worldline lies in their specific mindset. Working in a challenging environment based on the 'zero error' culture requires constant adaptation to new tools and helps create genuine know-how.
Rigor, creativity, experience, being demanding, and a commanding view of the technological landscape, are all qualities needed to design and operate reliable solutions in the long term. Taking pride in our work is one of our prime characteristics: we like nothing better than facing up to complex challenges requiring high-level solutions combining customisation, standardisation and security.
